Greg Dalferes

Over twenty-five years of experience in program management (PM) focusing on software development, information technology migration and enterprise transformation. Customers include a wide variety of commercial and government organizations. Expertise in many areas of PM to include planning, leading and executing complex projects, performing management assessments, and developing and implementing customer solutions. Areas of proficiency include requirements management, programming and budgeting, work breakdown structures, planning and scheduling, earned value management, issues and risk management, financial management and reporting, project documentation, team building, leadership and Program Management Organization (PMO) stand-up and operations.

Over twenty-seven years of command, leadership, intelligence analysis, and real-world production experience as part of the U.S. Army Reserve. Currently assigned as Deputy Director for Intelligence supporting the Joint Staff and the National Military Command Center. Selected for promotion to the rank of Colonel. Responsible for fusing intelligence from all available sources and presenting to senior leaders for action. Previous assignments include five separate tours as a unit commander, with responsibility for up to 250 soldiers. Deployed to Afghanistan as Deputy Intelligence Officer (Deputy G2) for the Coalition Joint Task Force – Mountain. Other supported commands have included the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), National Security Agency (NSA), as well as the Central, European and Africa Commands (CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM).

  • Certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP);
  • Acquisition Level-III trained in acquisition and project management through the DoD’s Defense Systems Management College (DSMC).

Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly.
